Global Sustainable Villages
Lokaa Foundation
The Alok Institute has a partnership with the Lokaa Foundation in India, which transforms very poor rural villages into dignified and ecological environments. Without directly providing financial resources, the Institute accompanies the Sustainable Villages project.

About Lokaa Foundation:
Lokaa is a 20-year-old young woman. For her, “children who are self-aware and happy and can come out of negative emotions when they arise, children who appreciate relationships and can blend in with both the modern and natural world”:
The Foundation created by Lokaa aims not only to look at infrastructure, but also at the individual and collective development of its residents, through activities that address spiritual nutrition, economic upliftment, cultural valorization, well-being, ecological harmony, and holistic education. For Lokaa, “villages are their residents, so each one must be welcomed as a Being of multiple dimensions”.
The young woman is the daughter of Sri KrishnaJi and Sri PreethaJi (entrepreneurs, masters, and founders of the O&O Academy), and the granddaughter of spiritual leaders Sri Amma and Sri Bhagavan.
