During Christmas 2020, Alok Institute helped initiatives to provide food for families.
During Alok’s special live stream (ALIVE – December, 2020), the Institute donated and mobilized other donations (around USD 200 K) for food supplies to help 16.000 families or 64.000 people.

Ação da Cidadania Contra a Fome
(The Citizen Action Against Hungry)
Founded in 1993 by the well-known sociologist Herbert de Souza, Betinho, with the aim of fighting hunger and socioeconomic inequality in Brazil, it assists over 32 million Brazilians living below the poverty line that year.
Since its creation, the NGO has initiated a series of initiatives, with Natal Sem Fome (Christmas Without Hungry) being the most celebrated of them.
After a ten-year absence, the campaign returned in 2017 and in 2020 gained full strength to help tens of millions of Brazilians living below the poverty line.

Mansão do Caminho (BA)
(Mansion of the Way)
Mansão do Caminho is a social work entity connected to Centro Espírita Caminho da Redenção (Path of Redemption Spiritist Center, in English), founded in 1952 by two young idealists, Divaldo Franco and Nilson de Souza Pereira.
Located in the neighborhood of Pau da Lima, Salvador (State of Bahia, Brazil), the Mansão do Caminho started working with homes for orphaned or socially orphaned children, aiming to rebuild the family environment. Over time, homes have been replaced by school groups, professional training workshops and other social activities for social inclusion, supporting underprivileged children, teenagers and adults from low-income neighborhoods, providing them with comprehensive education. The Mansão do Caminho assists around 3,200 children and teenagers daily, among low-income adults and the elderly. The Mansão do Caminho provides about 5,000 meals a day.

Invisible BackStage was born early in the 2020 global pandemic to support behind-the-scenes professionals, as technicians, roadies, producers, among others. The project, mobilized by Lázzaro Jesus, links donors (companies and individuals), with behind-the-scenes professionals registered in the Brazilian food bank.
